Before visiting SICM, please review our Guidelines for Visiting. 

1. SICM is open Wednesday through Sunday. Select a date by clicking "Other dates…" above; select a time by clicking "Other times:" above.

2. All visitors, including members, must reserve tickets in advance. 

To reserve Member tickets you must first click Sign In above in the corner above. If this is your first time reserving tickets online, click Sign In, then select Click here to register, and enter your details. Membership tickets are not transferable. Upon arrival, all members must show their Membership card and a Photo ID to use Membership tickets.

3.  Adults must be accompanied by a child to enter. 

4. By reserving a ticket, you agree to abide by all Guidelines for Visiting and any additional safety protocols that may be in effect upon your arrival. Additionally, you agree  to be photographed and/or filmed and give your permission to use your likeness in promotional and/or marketing materials. 

5. Reminder: IDNYC Members are allowed to use 1 member ticket per visit. Just for Two Members are allowed to use 2 member tickets per visit.  Family Members are allowed to use 5 member tickets (2 adult and 3 child) per visit (plus tickets for any additionally purchased members). Family Plus Members are allowed to use 5 member tickets (2 adult and 3 child) per visit (plus up to 2 member guest tickets and tickets for any additionally purchased members).   Please be ready to show your Photo ID and Membership Card along with your eTickets at the Front Desk. 

6. Tickets are delivered by email.  They may show up in your promotions tab or junk folder. Moving those emails to your main Inbox may help direct them there in the future.
